1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use MeasureMark on your own devices for personal measurement, annotation, and recording.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not reverse engineer, crack, or tamper with this app, nor use the app or its generated content in any unlawful or infringing manner. You are responsible for all actions arising from your use of the app.

3. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the app's interface, icons, text, and code belongs to the developer. The measurement content you create through the app belongs to you.

4. Membership and Virtual Items

Membership unlocks annotation tools such as the magnifier, mosaic, voice, and video, as well as PDF report and packaged export. Membership can be activated via in-app purchase or a redeem code. Once a redeem code is verified, it is bound to that device and cannot be reused.

5. Disclaimer

Measurement values provided by the app are calculated from the reference scale you annotate and are for reference only; they do not constitute a professional measurement basis. The developer is not liable for any consequences arising from reliance on such values.

6. Termination

If you violate these Terms, we may terminate your license to use the app. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time, and the updated version will be published on this page.
